Traffic Gastropub has kicked off the Smokey Dokey Festival — a mouth-watering homage to sizzlers and bold flavours. Running till December 15, the festival offers a delicious escape from the winter chill, featuring an eclectic mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian sizzler platters. Inspired by global culinary traditions, the menu showcases tandoori delights, Oriental favourites, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes — each perfectly paired with a curated selection of fine spirits.
Highlights include signature dishes such as the Wok & Smoke Sizzler, Cottage Cheese Sizzler, and Continental Sizzler, served in the gastropub’s lively and vibrant setting. To enhance the flavours of each dish, Traffic Gastropub has carefully paired them with premium drinks, adding a sophisticated touch. “We are excited to host this festival and bring warmth and flavour to the winter season,” said directors Swastik Nag, Siddhartha Gupta, and Sekhar Chatterjee.
