Featuring the flavours of Delhi’s Paranthe wali Gali, the Paratha Festival, on till February 18, offers a variety of stuffed parathas that are sure to tantalise your taste buds. From vegetarian options like Aloo Gobi Paratha and Paneer Paratha to non-vegetarian delights like Mutton Keema Paratha and Chicken Tikka Paratha, there’s something for everyone. Don’t miss out on the egg options either, with Anda Keema Paratha and Masala Egg Bhurji Paratha on the menu. To take your meal up a notch, pair your parathas with Lehsun ki Chutney, Hari Mirch ki Chutney or even a Lehsun Dhaniya Chutney.
