Your working lunches have just been sorted, courtesy Monkey Bar. The Camac Street gastropub recently launched ‘Monkey in Five Courses’, an exclusive offer from 12pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Under this, two people can choose one dish from each of their special lunch menu sections — small plates, tandoor, mains, accompaniment and dessert. While the small plate has pan-India options to choose from like Cheesy Pav Bhaji, Butterfly Veg, Reddy’s Popcorn Chicken; the tandoor menu includes Paneer and Tarkari Shashlik, Kasundi Chicken, and Lasooni Prawns. The mains section has a variety of filling options like Butter Paneer Khichdi, Butter Chicken Khichdi, Barnyard Burger, and Monkey Fried Chicken Burger. The accompaniments include Fried Rice or Mee Goreng for continental lovers, and Onion & Cheese Kulcha or Butter Chicken Kulcha for desi food lovers. But what’s dinner without dessert? Monkey Bar is also serving a slice of Nutella and Old Monk Cake to satisfy your sweet tooth, and a non-alcoholic beverage to wash it all down! All of it is priced at Rs 1,500, plus taxes.
