This year, India celebrates 78 years of freedom, and no
celebration is complete without food. Making Independence Day all the more
special, restaurants in Kolkata have come up with Tricolour-themed food menus.
If you’re planning a sumptuous lunch or dinner with family, here are a few
must-try options in the city:

features special kebab platters and a tricoloured mocktail made with

Square, where one can enjoy dishes like Tricoloured sushi and more
- Ibiza The Fern Resort & Spa: The
resort is celebrating Independence Day with the ‘Regimental Zaika’ Food
