Are you still making weekend plans? How about a food carnival? Because that’s on the events list at Fairfield by Marriott this Saturday-Sunday.
Experience the fusion of expertise and innovation at Fairfield By Marriott’s Kava and Mangrove. Students of International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) with their director of culinary arts, chef Sanjay Kak will collaborate with executive chef Arabinda Seth of Fairfield By Marriott to bring to you ‘The Global Food Carnival’.
The food carnival will showcase an extensive selection of dishes representing Indian and global cuisines. Taste signature dishes like Paneer Malihabadi, Bhuna Keema ki Chapli, Amritsari Macchli, Murgh Galawat and more. Continental picks will include southeast Asian favourites like Thai red curry or Kaeng Ped Gai, Grilled Chicken Sushi, Cá Kho Tộ’ (Vietnamese braised fish), and more, from countries like Thailand, China, Italy, Japan, Vietnam etc. Also indulge in an array of heart melting dessert spreads that include Fresh Fruit Pannacotta, Walnut Cheese Tart, Nolen Rosogolla, Raspberry Chocolate Delight and more.
The carnival will be spread over two days with dinner on Saturday and a brunch and dinner on Sunday.
