This November, experience a fine blend of culture and taste of Jaipur and Bengal at Sienna Calcutta. The Hindustan Park café, in collaboration with The Johri — a boutique hotel in Jaipur’s Johri Bazaar — and The Soul Company, presents ‘Jaipur to Bengal: A Culinary Confluence’. This curated dining experience showcases the rich cuisine and vibrant flavours of Jaipur, enhanced with a touch of Bengal and its local produce. The two-day pop-up will feature the best of both regions through a specially crafted menu that includes dishes like Kachori, Kadhi, Mathania Paneer, Kathal Nihar and more.
