If an apple a day can keep the doctor away, imagine what a handful of apple chips can do! Celebrity chef and culinary consultant Neha Deepak Shah turns apples into a fun snack and does away with those high-calorie munchies everyone gets.
She starts her recipe with some basic red apples, which she cuts into thin slices. After placing them on a baking sheet, she tops each slice with a bit of cinnamon (while our inner child is thinking about powdered sugar) and puts them in the oven to bake. After it’s out you get these small, crispy and dehydrated apple chips that can be munched on during any binge session.
