‘Energy’ Banerjee and Amar
Khamar. The
table at Annaja will feature dishes that are whipped up with seasonal fruits
and flowers. Expect dishes like a refreshing Jamrul Kanchalonka Granita, Panta
Cold Soup, Cool Coulis, Golap Rabri etc. Taste unique flavours with dishes like
Pabda in Marigold Coconut Cream, Shaak Bhaat Aranchini, Mooshoori Mousse,
Pickled Shorshe ice-cream and more. This 10-course menu looks like a foodie’s
ultimate dream. The elaborate meal starts with tettow, soup, appetisers,
palate cleansers, freshwater fish, mutton and fermented brew and ends with a
