Pet pujo during Durga Puja is a must! Dining out with
friends means great food and adda, and if you want to add some music to the
mix, Trincas is the place to be. Kick off your meal with the third-generation
owner Anand Puri’s favourite — Dragon Chicken. Recommending his top pick from
the Trincas menu, Anand said, “I would recommend the Dragon Chicken at
Trincas for the Pujas! Diced chicken and cashew nuts, slightly sweet and spicy,
tossed with a hint of butter and wine — it’s delicious, light, protein-rich and
perfect as a snack or an accompaniment to a full meal.”
Pair it up with a Trincas signature cocktail to make it hot
and happening!
Relating the dish to the festival, Anand added, “The reddish
colour of the dish evokes the reds associated with Puja, and the name tickles
the imagination, conjuring dramatic images of pandal art.
