Try this DIY mask for soft and hydrated feet this winter
Here’s how you can treat your dry feet at home

Winter is coming and it’s time you start taking care of dry skin. Try this mask in between WFH zoom calls or lunch break to get smooth and shiny feet.
Ingredients
- Chopped raw turmeric: 4 tablespoons
- Gram flour or besan: 6 tablespoons
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Rose water: 2 tablespoons
Procedure
- Take all the ingredients in a blender and make a thick paste
- Clean feet with mild soap and wash with warm water. If you want to apply a feet scrub, go for it before applying the mask
- Apply the pack in two layers at a gap of 5-minutes and allow it to almost dry
- Scrub off the mask in circular motions
- Wash feet in warm water and apply sunscreen (if daytime) and moisturiser or just the latter. If there is a residual yellow tint of turmeric on skin, apply mild face wash to clean it off
Tip
- Try to apply a mixture of glycerin and rose water (1:2 ratio) after washing off the mask and before applying moisturiser
- You can also use turmeric powder or sun-dried turmeric instead of raw turmeric
