How do you have arbi leaves? Wait, did you say you haven’t tried yet? Well, since there’s always the first time, make this yours and try this Patra or Alu Vadi recipe by Chef Sneha Singhi Upadhaya (@snehasinghi1). The ingredients that you’ll need are arbi leaves, besan, ginger and green chilli paste, lemon juice along with a few spices. The chef has given a detailed video on how to clean and cut the leaves, make the spice mix, wrap, fold and cut the leaves, make a tadka and have the best Patra or Alu Vadi ever.
