Craving pizza but
fearing calories? What if we tell you that you can enjoy your pizza yet gain
nutrition from it? Surprising, right? This pizza recipe by @healthyu_dietitian uses red lentils or Masoon Dal to make the base
and is rich in protein and fibre. If you are on a protein rich diet, this can
be a healthier option for your cheat day. It can also be enjoyed by people who
are wheat intolerant. Just make a paste out of some soaked red lentils in a
grinder and bake it. Spread your pizza sauce and add your favourite toppings.
