Masterchef Nayanjyoti Saikia’s latest reel is a must watch
for any bazaar enthusiast and foodie. The popular chef taking a tour of
a local market, 88 km from Meghalaya, has resulted in an insightful tutorial on
market haul and organic produce. Some of the ingredients featured in the reel
are Weeping Milkcap Mushroom, chestnuts, Sohiong — a Meghalayan cherry,
Meghalayan pears, Chanterelle Mushroom, Oak Leaf Lettuce, Ghost Pepper, Sichuan
Pepper, Bird Eye Chillies and more.
