Bored because you can’t go to the hills in this heat? Don’t worry, your taste buds can!
Food vlogger Vinita Rathee Sharma who goes by @mygardenofrecipes dropped a wholesome recipe for Himachali Raw Mango Mahani, a drink that is sure to refresh your senses and soothe your soul.
To make it, you just need to boil raw mangoes and remove the pulp. To this pulp, add a paste made of mint leaves, coriander, green chilli and salt. Once mixed, add some chilled water and chopped onions — and you have the best accompaniment to your paratha or dal chawal.
The best part? This drink can be stored for up to two weeks!
