If you visited Rath er mela in your childhood, your childhood was awesome. Remember the times when fairs were held nearby and we used to go just to savour fried papads, jalebis and khajas? Buying toys and enjoying rides were part of the fun too. Khaja and Rath Yatra go hand in hand. Relishing this crunchy, sweet treat fried in ghee is a must for many during the Rath Yatra festival. If you haven’t had it yet this year, it’s not too late. Since the festivities continue for a few days, you can try making it at home to celebrate the occasion. Content creator Sanju Barai has shown the process of making the perfect Gurer Khaja in a reel. All you need are some ingredients and a little patience.
