Here’s a quick mutton kebab recipe to spice up your weekend

Try this mutton kebab recipe that needs a 10 minute preparation time and 20 minutes cooking time.
Ingredients:
- Mutton keema: 300gm
- Onion, ginger and garlic paste: 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Green chilli paste: 2 teaspoons
- Red chilli flakes: ½ teaspoon
- Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
- Maida: 2 tablespoons
- Ghee
Recipe:
- Put all the ingredients except maida and ghee in a blender and blend for 3-4 minutes
- Add maida and make medium-sized kebabs
- Brush ghee on a nonstick pan and ghee
- Place the kebabs, brush some ghee from top and put some on the pan too
- Cover and cook each side until they turn light golden brown
Tip:
- The kebabs will shrink in size while cooking, so don’t make them too small
