Charred kebabs and flakey parathas taste heavenly on a cold winter evening. Here’s an easy recipe from Instagram food creator One pot kitchen:
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken thigh strips or cubes: 1 kilogram
- Rw cashews: 10-12
- Green chilies: 2
- Peeled garlic cloves: 3
- Ginger: 1 tiny piece
- Clarified ghee: 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cream: 3 tablespoon
- Fried onion (packaged or homemade): 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder: 1 table poon
- Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
- Garam masala powder: ½ teaspoon
- Cumin powder: ½ teaspoon
- Coriander powder: ½ teaspoon
Method:
- Make a smooth paste of the ingredients for marination
- Apply it generously on the chicken pieces
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes
- Grill it and you kebabs are ready!
