If you thought making meringue involved a lot of whipping, aching hands and precision then get ready to be surprised! We all know that great things happen at the MasterChef Australia kitchen and there was yet another helpful hack shared by judge Poh Ling Yeow. Recently on MasterChef Australia season 16, the chef made marshmallow meringue in the microwave in just 20 seconds. The overall recipe took her only three minutes. Chef Poh Ling Yeow is a Malaysian-Australian chef who emerged as a runner-up in season 1. Since then she has authored several cookbooks, opened a gourmet pastry stall at Adelaide and appeared in multiple food and travel TV shows.
