All you need are 5 key ingredients to make this delicious jam. While Jun admits it’s not the authentic way to make the jam, it still gives you the desired results in the quickest time. The ingredients you require are Coconut Cream, white sugar, brown sugar, salt and egg yolks. If you have Pandan leaves available, use them as well. You need to use a pot, heat and stir all the ingredients together for 10 minutes till you get the texture you want. Don’t stop stirring or it may not turn out right.
