Try this crunchy-munchy makhana recipe under 20 minutes

A quick and easy snack recipe that you can enjoy in between meals.
Ingredients:
- Makhana: 100gm
- Salted packaged peanuts: 20gm
- Finely chopped onion: 1 large
- Finely chopped green chillies: 2-3
- Finely chopped coriander leaves: 3-4 tablespoons
- Rock salt: 1-2 teaspoons
- Chaat masala powder: 1 teaspoon
- Ghee: 2 tablespoons
Recipe:
- Heat ghee in a kadhai and saute makhanas for 8-10 minutes
- Add the peanuts and saute for another 3-4 minutes
- Turn off the heat, put the makhanas and nuts in a mixing bowl and add chopped vegetables, salt and chaat masala
- Mix well and dig in
