Satyajit Ray loved mutton liver. So do we! But, how did he like the preparation? Was it a spicy affair or an easy on stomach situation? Well, we do have an answer to that, courtesy of @paakghorer_rohosyo, who has replicated this Ray-favourite. The Mutton Liver Chorchori that Manik Babu loved is simple to make with some mutton liver (obviously), aloo (can’t do without anyway), cumin seeds, whole garam masala, sliced onions, ginger and garlic paste, some spices like turmeric powder and red chilli powder and green chillies. The video shows in steps how to go about the recipe, and it seems fairly simple to make but a flavour riot in taste.
