He shares his recipe for leftover roti noodles with paneer, which
is not only easy but tasty too. Rinchen cuts his leftover rotis like
noodles and prepares them in a chilli garlic style — adding paneer and veggies.
This recipe ensures you make full use of your food and prevents wastage from
