Do you want to have something fancy and tasty, but totally DIY? Try out Baked Peach with Cilantro-y Hung Curd recipe (and thank us later).
Ingredients:
- Peaches: 6
- Hung curd: 1 marge cup
- Cilantro: 2 tablespoons
- Rolled oats: 1 small cup
- Honey: To taste
- Rock salt: To taste
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Mint leaves: 1 tablespoon
- Dry fruits: 2-3 tablespoons (Optional)
Recipe:
- Deseed and cut the peaches in slices or in halves
- Toss them with honey and a small pinch of salt and keep on a strainer
- Meanwhile, preheat the microwave oven for 5 minutes and grease the baking tray with olive oil
- Place the peaches and bake at 180 degree centigrade for 2-3 minutes
- Beat the hung curd with honey, salt, finely chopped cilantro and add a couple of dollops in a bowl
- Dry roast the rolled oats and add some dry fruits too, if you like
- Sprinkle the roasted oats, place the peaches, drizzle some more honey and some chopped mint leaves too, and your resto-style, IG-worthy dish is ready
