What do you do with the
chickpea water after boiling it? While a great use of it is to put in soups or
while making hummus, another way of using it is by making a healthy vegan mayo.
Mayonnaise, yes you read that right. All you need is chickpea water, maple
syrup, vinegar, cashews and a few other ingredients that you can find on the
detailed recipe reel on the @plantyou handle on Instagram. Make it and enjoy it on toast, as salad
dressing, on roti rolls and more recipes.
