Easy peasy Chia Pudding with strawberry topping

Chia pudding with strawberries

An easy to make chia recipe that can be batch cooked and stored for 3-4 days.
Ingredients:
- Chia seeds: 6-7 heaped tablespoons
- Full fat milk: 400ml
- Organic jaggery: 2 tablespoons
- Raisins: 1 tablespoon
- Finely sliced strawberries: 8-9 strawberries
Recipe:
- Boil the milk and bring it to room temperature
- Add the chia seeds, jaggery and raisins and mix well
- Cover and keep outside for 30-40 minutes if it is not a warm day. If it is, cover and refrigerate
- Keep the pudding untouched overnight
- Take out from the refrigerator, add chia pudding in bowls and garnish with strawberries
Tip:
- You can also add finely chop the strawberries and mix in the pudding while serving it
