Fess up, you love baby food as much as you little bundle of joy does. Sneaking some from baby-siblings is something — we are all guilty as charged. But, what if we tell you there’s a homemade recipe to make baby food sans preservatives that you can try for your kid (and taste some yourself too)? Well, check Chef Sneha Singhi Upadhaya’s splendid take on baby food then.
The baby food powder that is made up of rice, urad dal, toor dal, chana dal, moong dal and almonds can be stored for up to a month in an airtight container at room temperature. In the refrigerator, you can store it for six months. If you have a baby between 6-12 months, this recipe is a must try.
P.S. Don’t forget to read what Sneha has to say about prepping this recipe up for adults.
