Former Masterchef India participant Neha Deepak Shah shares a delightful winter recipe for you to try at home. Her wholesome Broccoli Florentine Pasta, made with fresh broccoli, spinach, milk, pasta and seasoning, might just become your go-to pasta recipe. All you need is some fresh broccoli, a little bit of spinach, some milk, pasta and some seasoning. Make a puree out of the broccoli and spinach. Add it to your usual white sauce preparation made with milk, butter and flour. Keep stirring to make it as thick as you want and then add pasta and some more chopped broccoli.
