It’s mango season. And among the many delicious
ways of having mango, Aamras always
bags the top spot. So, when popular Australian chef Anna Polyviou met actress
Juhi Parmar of Kumkum fame, no doubt the best way to make Anna welcome
was by walking her through the steps of making Aamras.
Aamras, essentially a thick mango shake, is made
with ripe and sweet mangoes and milk. The recipe has made Anna say “I love this
country every single day.” So what are you waiting for? Beat the heat with…a
glass of chilled Aamras!
