The event was conceptualised by (L-R) Kalakaar founder, Ashmita Banerjee and project head, Shravana Mukherjee. “We’ve wanted to organise such a street carnival for a long time. This event is dedicated to creators who bring about a change, be it through entrepreneurship or performances,” they said
