The scenery in Mammoth Country is packed with variation and in case you are into skiing, well, this place will win your heart. You can, of course, visit it in winter but summer has its charm. Mammoth Lakes has a number of trails catering to varying skill levels. From the challenging Crystal Lake Trail, leading to an alpine gem, to the Mammoth Rock Trail, offering panoramic mountain and valley vistas, hiking enthusiasts find paradise here.
