Sector V in Salt Lake opened its door to a new party destination and its swanky interiors and eclectic menu — both bar and food — blew our minds. Spread across a sprawling 3,600sq ft, Hi Tribe is all set to host the wildest parties in town. The spacious bar that’s manned by skilled mixologists, caught our attention with its glitzy façade that will surely make many evenings lit. Keeping in mind the diversity in party crowd, the seating arrangement is quite varied. From soft couches and chairs to plush baroque corner sofa, high bar chairs and more, Hi Tribe takes care of all moods and preferences. The space is also divided into sections for small and large crowds — private dining space perfect for throwing intimate parties, and open lounge. Overall, the interiors give out a sophisticated vibe with the right dash of bling.
A fun corner with a foosball table where you can play friendly matches with your friends.
Bringing the space alive will be a heady concoction of music by the in-house DJs who will keep the party peeps hooked to the dance floor with their mixes.
The menu is a fine mix of bite-sized food, small plates and heavy mains with favourites like Indian, Italian and continental cuisine dominating the list.

Arpan Nandi, the general manager of Hi Tribe, says: “We named the place Hi Tribe as we want to dedicate this place to party lovers and want this place to be seen as a perfect party destination. We will be hosting aloha parties and masquerade. From DJ performances to live sports streaming, we have it all!”
Polka Spikes: Made with ingredients like coconut milk, pineapple puree, cream, egg white, lime juice and shaken up with vodka, this white beauty, garnished with curry leaves and chilli oil, gives out a vacation vibe.
Prawn Avocado Salad: Made with seasonal vegetables and prawns, and tossed in smooth house-special avocado dressing, the wonton strips add a crispy touch to the well-presented salad.
Grilled Chicken: Grilled to perfection, the chicken is drenched in a smooth Forestiere sauce. We also loved the green peas and potato mash and sauteed vegetables.
Giant Prawn White Curry: What made this Thai preparation appealing to the taste buds is the herbs and basil oil. They added more character to the coconut milk and the succulent prawns.
Deep-fried Singaporean Poh Pai Prawn: We loved the presentation of this appetiser that was served in shot glasses. The crispy treat pairs well with sweet chilli sauce.
Cornflakes Harabhara Kebab: A must-have for vegetarians, this deep-fried kebab is super crispy on the outside and soft inside. It is served with mint and in-house anardana dip that add more flavour to the kebabs.
Whistea: A Hi Tribe signature, this orangy concoction is made with whisky, Earl Grey tea, orange juice, strawberry pulp, lime juice and sugar syrup.
Flatbread Seafeast Pizza: This pizza was certainly a feast with prawn, squid and octopus making the toppings in the Italian delight.
