The nursery is as old as the park itself, and houses 201 different types of plants that make it look like a festival of colours. From bougainvillea to hibiscus, larkspur to petunia, enthusiasts can find the most exotic plants here.
The creeper garden houses a diverse range of plants that provide the park its untethered look. Walk down some of the smaller paths that resemble the trails of picturesque hikes.
The bridge is one of the main attractions, lined with neatly trimmed trees, and water on both sides. Stop at this point for some cool breeze or a photo op.
The benches under the Banyan Tree are a major gathering point for morning walkers to socialise. Members of the Laughter Club can also be identified by their all-white attire, as they raise their arms with abandon and laugh their worries away.
Beyond the bridge lies a monastery-like structure that has become an indelible part of the park. Its cool shade and detached location make it ideal for those looking for some peace and quiet.
The banks of the water body are lined with benches that welcome exercisers in the morning and couples in the day. With a serene view and steady chirping of birds, these benches offer Zen-like calm.
The enthusiastic strays in Central Park greet regulars with wagging tails. They also have great modelling potential.
The forest-like vegetation paints the sky with patterns that gently lure you to find your own 'ikigai'.
