- 2pm: A procession may begin from Subodh Mullick Square on Nirmal Chandra Street to end in front of the office of the Excise department. The likely route is along Nirmal Chandra Street, Bowbazar crossing and BB Ganguly Street.
- 2.30pm: A procession may start from Bidhan Bhawan at 14E, Lal Mohan Bhattacharjee Road and move towards Dorina crossing. The likely route is along Moulali crossing- SN Banerjee Road.

Biker injured
A 26-year-old man riding a bike was injured after the two-wheeler skidded off the road on Convent Bridge around 12.30am on Wednesday. Rameez Shikoh, the injured, was not wearing a helmet, police said. He suffered injuries on his head and was admitted to a hospital.
