- 12 noon: A demonstration programme at the Uber Office on Rashbehari Avenue.
- 2pm/2.30pm: A procession from BR Ambedkar statue, Maidan to Nandan. The procession may move along Red Road.
- 4pm: A demonstration programme at Shyambazar five-point crossing.
- 5pm: A meeting near Lenin Statue on JL Nehru Road. A procession may start from Lenin Statue and move along JL Nehru Road–Park Street crossing–Mayo Road and end near Gandhi Statue.

Worker killed
A labourer who was sitting on the roof of a hydraulic vehicle of the Calcutta Municipal Corporation fell and died when the vehicle collided with a small truck at the MG Road-College Street crossing on Tuesday night. Lambodar Swain was declared dead at the Calcutta Medical College and Hospital. The driver of both vehicles fled, police said.
