- 11am- 6.30pm: A programme at Netaji Indoor Stadium.
- 3pm: A procession may be held from Deshbandhu Park and end in front of Bagbazar Bata (at the crossing of Bagbazar Street and BT Road). The likely route is along Raja Dinendra Street, Belgachia Road, Shyambazar five-point crossing, Bhupendra Bose Avenue, Maharaja Manindra Chandra College, Girish Avenue, Girish Mancha, Bagbazar Street, and Bagbazar Ghat.
- 3pm: A procession from the CMO building and end at College Square. The likely route is along SN Banerjee Road, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Lenin Sarani, Nirmal Chandra Street, and College Street.
- 6pm: A cultural programme at the Kala Mandir auditorium.
- 7pm: A programme at the Science City main auditorium.
