An elderly woman and two pedestrians were injured when a speeding car rammed a car that was waiting at a signal near Sector V’s College More on Saturday.
The elderly woman was sitting in the static car. The injured persons have been rushed to the Salt Lake Hospital sub-hospital.

The impact of the collision was so intense that the front portion of the speeding car was crumpled.
Cops from the Traffic Guard and the Electronics Complex police station rushed to the spot.
Biker hits SUV
Tala Bridge witnessed a fatal accident on Friday as a 55-year-old biker hit an SUV. The victim, who has been identified as Lalu Gupta, had four kids. He was a resident of Cossipore’s Lalbabu Lane. The two vehicles involved in the accident suffered heavy damage.
