A man was busy on his phone in Rashbehari, without a mask. His reason for not wearing one was that he was not in a crowded place. “It’s not crowded, but empty. Why do I need a mask here?” he asked.

A man in New Market was neither wearing a mask, nor had the intention of wearing one. “The ears pain if I wear the mask constantly. I have it in my pocket and if need be, I will wear it,” he said.
This man was spotted near Metro cinema hall, on a busy stretch with the mask on his chin. “I am wearing the mask but have pulled it down because I am on the phone. I will wear once the call is done,” he said.
A man walking down CR Avenue had his mask on his chin. “Oh, it has slipped. I didn’t notice,” he said and pulled it up.
This man in Ranikuthi in Tollygunge had his mask on his chin. He promised to pull it up as soon as he was on the cycle. “I will wear it,” he said.
