In front of a local market in Dum Dum, a man and a woman were spotted standing. The woman had her mask on and the man had it on his chin. When the photographer asked him why he was not wearing a mask in a busy market place, the man did not respond but pulled up his mask.
Outside South City but still on its premises, two women were walking towards the mall, talking to each other. One of them had her mask on the chin. At the entry of the mall, only when the security personnel asked her to put on the mask properly, the woman pulled it up to enter the mall.
A man on a bike was seen taking rounds near Tollygunge Metro station twice. Both times without a mask. He had no mask but a scarf was hanging around his neck. When the photographer asked him he said, “Oh I have pulled it down only to spit,” and drove away.
