HC relief for Abhishek in school jobs case
The Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) on Wednesday filed documents related to the 16 files that Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials had seized from an of office of the Leaps and Bounds company in connection with the alleged corruption in school recruitments.
The documents were produced in response to an earlier order of the court.
Trinamul Congress general secretary Abhishek Banerjee was once a director of Leaps and Bounds.
After receiving the documents, the judge ordered the CFSL to file a report on the basis of the documents by September 12.
