- 11am: A procession/open meeting will take place at Rani Rashmoni Avenue. The procession will go ahead in sections
i) Sealdah Railway Station to Rani Rashmoni Avenue via Moulali crossing – Surendranath Banerjee Road - Dorina crossing.
ii) Howrah Railway Station to Rani Rashmoni Avenue via Howrah Bridge approach, Brabourne Road – India Exchange Place - Rabindra Sarani - Bentinck Street.
- 6pm: A procession will originate from Triangular Park, Rashbehari avenue which may avail Triangular Park – Rashbehari Avenue – Syama Prasad Mookerjee Road – Hazra Road – Harish Mukherjee Road – ATM Road – Syama Prasad Mookerjee Road– Hazra Road – Sarat Bose Road – Rashbehari Avenue and finally terminate at the place of its origin.
