Exam dates
The state joint entrance examination (JEE) board that conducts the undergraduate entrance examination on behalf of the Presidency University has brought the dates of examinations forward. A board notice on Friday said the exams scheduled to be held on July 27 and 28, 2024, has been rescheduled on July 06 (Saturday) and July 07, 2024 (Sunday). Admit cards will be available for downloading on the board’s website from June 25.
Eid ul Azha
Eid ul Azha will be celebrated on Monday, the Nakhoda Masjid in Kolkata has announced. A special Eid prayer will be held at the mosque at 6.30am on Monday.
