Fraud cuffs on 5
Five men have been arrested by Bidhannagar police for allegedly cheating a woman by posing as police officers. They allegedly forced her to pay Rs 25,000 saying she had defaulted on a bank loan and that there was a police case against her. The woman realised the fraud when the men kept asking her for more money, an officer said.
