Focus on critical questions in ICSE, ISC

Teachers in ICSE and ISC schools are being asked to modify their teaching methodology by asking students more questions in classroom, based on examples and case studies, and also letting the learners frame questions from the text.

An evening of classical dance enthralled an audience at a city auditorium on Sunday. Titled Anweshaka, the programme at Kolkata Centre for Creativity featured Bharatanatyam and Mohiniyattam performances by Samrat Dutta, Santanu Roy and Malavika Menon (in picture). Dutta is a Bharatanatyam performer, choreographer and teacher based in Calcutta and Roy is a budding artiste who trains under Dutta. Menon is a Mohiniyattam practitioner, teacher and choreographer. The programme was organised by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in association with Anamika Kala Sangam Trust
