Drug haul
Two men were arrested for allegedly carrying banned psychotropic substances worth Rs 5.75 lakh in a car on Wednesday. Police identified them as Sheikh Shahbaz, 33, and Mohammad Arshad Ibrahim, 22. Ganja and pouches of a white crystal-like substance, allegedly used as ecstatic drugs, were seized, the police said.
