Director-general of state police Manoj Malviya on Tuesday launched the Khoya-Paya portal app at Bhabani Bhawan to improve the process of identification of missing persons and unidentified bodies. Anyone can register with the portal and provide information about a missing or sighted child/person, without waiting to complete the legal formalities. The information supplied by the citizen(s) would be made available for public view after quick moderation, thereby saving valuable time
