Griffins International School, Kharagpur, celebrated Saraswati Puja and 74th Republic Day. After the chairman, Abishek Kumar Yadav, hoisted the Tricolour, the students of the institution put up patriotic performances. A stellar show presented by hostellers under the guidance of the sports department was the highlight of the day.

Renu Aneja, principal, enlightened the students about the significance of January 26 and spoke on the importance of the Constitution. In his address, Yadav encouraged the students to know their rights and duties as citizens. He expressed his faith in the present generation who, with the right knowledge, have the potential to take the country forward.

The Republic Day celebration was followed by Saraswati Puja, pushpanjali and a sumptuous bhog.
