IMD has predicted thunderstorm and lightning with gusty wind and light to moderate rainfall over north and south Bengal between March 19 to 23 due to the presence of cyclonic circulation over northwest Uttar Pradesh and neighbourhood and a trough from Jharkhand to south Assam with strong moisture incursion from Bay of Bengal
