The body of an app cab driver with injury marks was found near the Park Circus crossing early on Thursday.
The murder, police said, was the result of a drunken brawl.
Shahnawaz Farid, 27, a resident of Tiljala, had left home around 7.45pm on Wednesday after he received a call.
“Farid went to the Park Circus Maidan area with some of his friends and were drinking. He was then attacked with a broken liquor bottle,” said an officer.
Four men have been arrested.
