Addressing the session, Diya Jaiswal spoke on how happiness affects every aspect of one’s life. “Since childhood our mind is conditioned to believe in living happily ever after. Our health, career, overall success, productivity, relationship, our longevity, all are impacted by happiness. But happiness should not be our ultimate goal. A million people across the world search on Google for ways to be happy," she said.

She also explained that happiness at work will boost commitment and loyalty further enhancing performance and productivity yielding better results. She suggested ways in which a workplace can be transformed into a positive environment especially under high pressure.

Aninda Das highlighted the importance of happiness as an integral part of progress in life. He said, “It is one of the prime constituents of self and restoring this constituent is one of the objectives of life. Infinity Group believes in this ideal.”

“It is a misconception that people who are enjoying life, looking happy, earning well or possessing material wealth are happy. Happiness is freedom. It is to be felt from the heart," Das said.

Through this session, Infinity aimed to communicate to the senior citizens about Royal Ageing under its upcoming project Jagriti Dham.

This interactive, experiential and transformative discussion aimed to bring together the experts in leadership management, performance management, wellness and allied fields. The chamber aimed to stride professionally and personally to reduce the burden of unmanageable stress.

Sukanya Bose, deputy director, BCC&I, said, “Professionals who are happy are more satisfied with their lives and career. Even a short-term boost in happiness can lead to greater productivity and long-term joy has profound effects on engagement and success in the workplace. That is why happiness is considered to be the Quotient for Growth and development of an individual.”
