Ingredients

l¼ Fresh cucumber

⚫ Dash of Tabasco

⚫ Chat masala

⚫ Rock salt

⚫ Lemon juice

⚫ Cumin powder

⚫ Ice

⚫ 1 Sprite

Method

Muddle the cucumber and stir with other ingredients. Add 4-5 cubes of ice and top with Sprite

Glass — Cap mug

Garnish — Cucumber slice

Pineberry Delight

Ingredients

⚫ 90 ml pineapple juice

⚫ Passion fruit pure

⚫ 90 ml cranberry juice

⚫ Ice

⚫ Sweet and sour mix

⚫ Soda/ Sprite

Method

Shake all ingredients with the ice and strain into a pilsner glass over ice. Spike with Soda/ Sprite

Garnish — Fresh pineapple/cherry

Mango — Berry Sunrise

Ingredients

⚫ 60 ml strawberry puree

⚫ 60 ml mango juice

⚫ 30 ml lime juice

⚫ Ice

⚫ 1 Sprite

Method

Stir mango juice, strawberry and lime, add 3-4 ice cubes and top with Sprite

Glass — Wine

Garnish — Maraschino

Ingredients

⚫ 60ml gin

⚫ 120ml fresh coconut water

⚫ Sweet & sour mix

⚫ Kafir lime

Method

Shake all the ingredients and pour into a tender coconut shell over ice

Glass — Tender coconut shell

Garnish — Kafir Lime Leaf and Umbrella straw

Kiwi Don’t Fly

Ingredients

⚫ Fresh kiwi 1 slice

⚫ Kiwi crush 60ml

⚫ Cinnamon dash

⚫ Milk - 90ml

⚫ Ice Cream 2 scoops

Method

Blend all ingredients together and pour into a Blue Collins glass over ice

Garnish — Fresh kiwi

Whisky Mexicana

Ingredients

⚫ Whisky 60ml

⚫ Capsicum, bell pepper 3 slices

⚫ Chilli - 1

⚫ Peach compote 60ml

⚫ Lime juice 30ml
